Mesothelioma, cancer and Lafayette Indiana

This is the sad story in a nutshell:

A baby powder company makes a product.

It markets the baby powder to women and infants across the country, and in Lafayette, Indiana.

People use the product. They enjoy the product.

And, they later develop cancer. The question is: did the power have asbestos mixed in?

Some researchers say the company’s powder caused the cancer because of asbestos contained in the mined talc. The juries will have to decide.

Now, the lawyers investigate and gather clients.

After investigating, the attorneys blast out lawsuits for Lafayette, Indiana residents and those around the US.

And more Lafayette victims and families seek out attorneys for advice and help after developing cancer and mesothelioma and hearing about the cases.

Update: A jury in Kentucky ruled against plaintiffs suing a baby powder company. The company says it wants to dismiss about 11,000 cases. Lawyers have filed about 14,000 cases against the baby powder company, writes CNBC.

Another jury awarded plaintiffs $325 million in New York this summer.

Soon, the Majestic Star will move away from Buffington Harbor. The Hard Rock off of Burr Street will take its place.

An era is ending.

Ship captains will sail away the casino boats.

Construction workers will begin to build opulent casino and hotel buildings on spacious plots of land.

Investors are building casinos in Chicago, so Indiana boats must make way for bigger land structures with more opulent amenities.
